Here are some Precautions you should know :

(1). With the increase of the normal filtration time, the cake will gradually thickening, filtration resistance will gradually increase. Increase visual performance is the filter pressure readings. When the pressure increases to 30% of normal pressure, it is necessary to clean the sand filter,The handle on the controller valve flushed down the “BACKWASH” , the water will enter the filter in charge , the Bottom of the filter tube drained water to rise, the dirt layer of sand is discharged from the bottom , and then push the controller rinse clean dirt tube discharged from sand . Time is about half a minute , or one minute after , the handle switch to “FILTER ” normal filter.
Note:Before switching valves to turn off the pump power.
(2). After backwash , when the system pressure is still not effectively decreased, indicating that produces quartz sand compaction, open filters, quartz sand stirred, and with a weak alkaline soda (sodium carbonate) were soaked in a saturated solution of 4 hours, then the sewage backwash , the effect is still not good , then you need to replace the quartz sand.
(3). In the process of replacement sand, filter tubes to protect against damage, resulting in the phenomenon of running sand.
(4). After replacing quartz sand, sand filter subsequent operations as the newly installed.
(5). If the device for a long time stop, please let the sand filter vacancy.
(6). When do you need to backwash?
(6-1). The reading of gauge is higher than the initial reading 50kpa or more tham50kpa after the last backwash above , you need to immediately backwash ;
(6-12). Continuous running time of five days ;
(6-3). Stop using time of Swimming pool is over five days (Note : you should be emptying sand filter after rinse )
(7).what should we pay attention to when backwash?
A. The backwash time:1.After the pool is open ended everyday can be backwash 2. you can't backwash during the swimming pool is using time.
B. If there are more than 1pcs filter in pool , you should be backwash one by one , Can not be 2pcs or more than 2pcs simultaneous backwash .
C. when you backwash ,you must master the speed and time , backwash time is about 5-6 min ,or observation backwash out of the water without suspended solids up.
